1. Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s)
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- All tags and labels must remain attached

2. Eligible Items
- Most items are eligible for return
- For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned if opened or unsealed
- Special order or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty

3. Condition of Returns
- Items must be in their original condition
- All components, accessories, and free gifts must be included
- Products must be free from damage not caused by delivery

4. How to Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and address
- Please package items securely to prevent damage during transit

5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- The original payment method will be refunded

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty

6. Faulty Items
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items
- Provide photos of the fault when reporting the issue
- You can choose between a replacement or full refund

7. Christmas/Holiday Returns
- Extended returns period for Christmas purchases
- Items bought between November 1st and December 24th can be returned until January 31st
- Standard return conditions apply

8. Gift Returns
- Gift recipients can return items
- Store credit or exchange will be offered without proof of purchase
- Original purchaser's details required for monetary refund
